Mobile Travel & Booking Policy
We calculate our travel directly from our base in Peterborough using the shortest route mileage.
* First 25 Miles: FREE travel included in your base service quote.
* Over 25 Miles: Charged at a flat rate of £1.00 per mile for every mile beyond the 25-mile threshold.
* Booking Deposit: A deposit is required to secure any appointment. Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred if you reschedule at least 48 hours before your booking.
* Unhealthy Vehicle Policy: If a vehicle is found to be unsuitable for tuning due to mechanical faults, active faults or other issues identified during the pre-tune assessment, the booking deposit will be retained to cover the allocated appointment time, travel and diagnostic assessment.
